How do my kids log in if they have no email?
They do not need to. You log in as the parent, then your child taps their own avatar to start learning. You can add an optional 4-digit PIN to each profile.
Can I pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa?
Yes. Choose manual payment at checkout, send the money, then upload a screenshot with your reference. We approve payments within 24 hours.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 14 days if less than 30 percent of a course is complete. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time.
How much do courses cost in pounds and rupees?
Prices are shown in GBP or PKR depending on your country. For example, Speak With Confidence is 14.99 pounds or 3,500 rupees. Hello English (Starter) is free.
What does the subscription include?
