Child Safety

DRAFT — review before launch

Child Safety Policy for Speak English Like Shayan.

Children never have public profiles, never post comments and never message other children or adults.

Child profiles use a first name or nickname and a preset avatar only. Please do not enter surnames, schools or photos.

Live classes are hosted by a young presenter together with an adult co-host who is always present. Chat is off by default, class links are private, and parents must give consent before any recording is made.

Speaking practice recordings are only visible to the family and are deleted after 90 days.

If you have a safeguarding concern, please contact us straight away using the email in the footer. We will respond quickly and take every concern seriously.
