We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at the email address shown in the footer.

What we collect from parents: name, email address, country, payment records and messages you send us. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.

What we collect about children: a first name or nickname, an age band, a preset avatar and learning progress. We do not collect photos, surnames, schools or locations of children.

Speaking practice recordings are private to your family and are deleted automatically after 90 days. You can delete them sooner at any time.

We use your data to run the service, take payments, send learning updates and keep the platform safe. Marketing emails are off unless you opt in.

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data under UK GDPR. You can request deletion from your account settings, and we remove the account after a 14 day grace period.

We follow the principles of the ICO Age Appropriate Design Code (the Children's Code): high privacy by default, no tracking of children for advertising and no public profiles for children.
